Shop Settings
The Settings section gives merchants full control over their business configurations, security parameters, and financial preferences. This module ensures that all operational details—such as payment methods, and limits —are aligned with the merchant’s business needs. By properly configuring these settings, merchants can streamline operations, enhance security, and ensure regulatory compliance. This section breaks down the key configuration options available and their impact on business efficiency.
This section is structured into several key areas:
Shop Details – Merchants can define the shop name, select the business type (e.g., retail, digital services), and specify the products or services they sell.
Payments – This section controls the payment options available to customers. Merchants can manage accepted payment methods, such as card payments and account-to-account (A2A) transfers, and enable additional payment services, including One-Click Payments, Pay by Link, and A2A Refunds. The system also supports multiple currencies, ensuring flexibility for international transactions. Merchants can track their PCI DSS compliance status and configure accepted digital wallets, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Bank Payments – If the merchant integrates with an open banking solution, they can specify accepted banks and configure authentication methods such as Redirect Authentication or Decoupled Authentication. This ensures smooth and secure customer payment experiences.
Bank Accounts – Merchants can manage their settlement accounts, specifying the bank name, account number, and payout schedule, ensuring that funds are settled according to the merchant’s preferred terms.
Technical Information – This section includes key technical parameters, such as the Home URL, 3D Secure (3DS) URL, payment capture delay days, and payment authorization type (e.g., final authorization or pre-authorization). Additionally, merchants can manage API credentials, including the API Client ID and API Secret, with an option to regenerate credentials for security purposes.
Fees – Merchants can review and manage the different fees applied to their accounts. This includes subscription fees, transaction fees (for card payments and A2A payments), onboarding fees, and other service-related charges.
Limits – This section displays transaction limits applicable to the merchant’s activities. Merchants can configure settings such as minimum and maximum transaction amounts, the number of transactions allowed per day or month, and the volume of transactions permitted over different time periods. Limits can also be set for maximum transaction frequency per minute or hour, as well as for recurring transaction frequencies, such as weekly or monthly payment caps.
The Settings section ensures that merchants can tailor their payment processing setup to meet their business needs while maintaining compliance, security, and financial control. With clear categorization and intuitive navigation, merchants can efficiently manage their operational settings, fees, and transaction rules without technical complexity.
