The Main Page (Home) of the Administration Portal serves as the central workspace and entry point for Acquirer administrators. It provides a comprehensive, real-time overview of system activity, merchant performance, and operational tasks. The page is designed to offer quick access to critical information and actions, enabling administrators to manage their daily activities efficiently.

Key features of the Home page include Tasks Awaiting Your Action, highlighting items that require immediate attention, such as pending merchant approvals or flagged fraud cases. The Service Health Statuses section provides up-to-date information on the operational status of key services, ensuring administrators are promptly informed about any system incidents or performance issues.

The Quick Actions panel offers shortcuts to frequently used functions, such as initiating merchant onboarding or accessing reports. Suspicious Activity Alerts display real-time notifications about unusual transaction patterns or potential security threats, allowing administrators to take timely preventive measures.

Additionally, the Home page displays the Total Number of Merchants currently onboarded, alongside a summary of key performance indicators. The Real-Time Data & Charts module presents visualizations of transaction volumes, success rates, and error trends, giving administrators a snapshot of the payment ecosystem’s health.

The Announcements and News section communicates important updates, such as platform releases, policy changes, or scheduled maintenance. To support business monitoring, the Top 5 Merchants by Sales Volume widget highlights the highest-performing merchants over a selected time period, enabling Acquirers to focus on key accounts.

The Main Page is designed to be customizable, allowing each administrator to tailor their dashboard view based on role and responsibility, ensuring streamlined operations and proactive management.
