Transactions
The Transactions section of the Administration Portal provides Acquirer administrators with a comprehensive and real-time overview of all payment transactions processed by their merchants. This module offers advanced search, monitoring, and transaction management capabilities, supporting Acquirers in their operational oversight, dispute resolution, and fraud investigation tasks.
The section is designed to provide complete transaction transparency, enabling users to trace and analyze payment flows across merchants, shops, payment methods, and channels. Transactions can be filtered and searched based on a wide range of criteria, including merchant, shop, transaction status, payment method, transaction ID, date/time range, and card numbers (tokenized). These filters allow administrators to quickly locate specific transactions or identify trends in processing outcomes.
Transaction List View presents a consolidated table of transactions, displaying essential attributes such as:
Transaction ID
Payment method
Date/Time
Merchant and Shop
Card (tokenized)
Amount
Currency
Transaction Status (e.g., Approved, Pending, Failed)
This view allows administrators to efficiently review processing outcomes and pinpoint anomalies in real-time, with clear indicators for transaction status and potential issues.
By selecting a transaction from the list, administrators can access a detailed transaction view, presenting full transaction data and contextual information. This includes:
Customer details (name, contact information
Payment information (method, payment ID, status, date)
Order details (items purchased, SKU, quantities, totals)
Sender and Recipient data (including IBAN/BIC, bank details)
Settlement and payout details
Service fees, discounts, and other adjustments
The transaction view provides full visibility into the payment flow, from initiation to final settlement, empowering Acquirers to validate processing accuracy and customer details.
Within the detailed transaction view, administrators can initiate actions directly related to the transaction, including:
Initiating a fraud case if suspicious activity is detected.
Processing a refund, either partial or full, with appropriate reasoning.
Canceling a transaction, when applicable, following internal rules and compliance requirements.
These actions ensure that Acquirers can intervene promptly and maintain control over transaction disputes and fraud management workflows.
Advanced Monitoring & Fraud Detection
The Transactions module is integrated with the platform’s fraud prevention tools, highlighting transactions flagged as suspicious based on predefined fraud rules and risk scoring models. Administrators can filter specifically for such cases and take immediate action, ensuring timely intervention to mitigate potential risks.
The portal enforces the four-eyes principle where critical actions such as fraud case initiation or transaction reversals require validation by two authorized users, enhancing security and accountability.
Reporting & Exporting
Transaction data from this section can be exported in common formats (CSV, XLSX) for external analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
By offering granular control, real-time monitoring, and comprehensive visibility, the Transactions section of the Administration Portal empowers Acquirers to efficiently manage payment flows, support merchants in operational inquiries, and maintain a secure and compliant transaction environment.
