Dashboards

The Dashboards section of the Administration Portal provides Acquirer administrators with a centralized and interactive overview of the E-Commerce Payment Gateway’s operational and business performance. Designed to support real-time decision-making and proactive system management, the dashboards consolidate critical data points into an intuitive, visual interface that enables administrators to monitor key metrics at a glance.

The dashboards display essential Performance Indicators, such as total processed volumes, approval rates, decline rates, and transaction success ratios. Administrators can easily track these metrics over configurable timeframes, identifying trends or anomalies that may require immediate attention. The inclusion of Latency Monitoring—showing system response times—ensures Acquirers can oversee platform health and responsiveness, supporting optimal customer experiences.

Transaction Monitoring panels highlight the number of transactions processed, successful payments, and the volume of declined or failed transactions. These metrics are typically visualized using interactive charts and graphs that allow administrators to filter data by merchant, payment method, geography, or time period.

In line with industry standards, the dashboards also include Fraud and Risk Insights, presenting real-time detection rates, flagged transactions, and fraud scoring analysis. This empowers Acquirers to adjust fraud prevention strategies quickly, maintaining a balance between security and conversion rates.

Administrators are provided with Top Merchant Analytics, enabling them to identify high-performing merchants by transaction volume, sales revenue, or approval rates. These insights can inform account management strategies and help prioritize support and optimization efforts.

Additional panels focus on System Monitoring, giving visibility into the health status of gateway services and APIs, with real-time alerts for service disruptions or anomalies. This ensures that technical teams and business users alike can respond rapidly to potential issues, minimizing downtime and service degradation.

The dashboards are customizable based on user roles and responsibilities. Administrators can personalize their dashboard views to focus on the metrics most relevant to their day-to-day tasks—whether operational performance, merchant activities, or fraud management—improving efficiency and operational clarity.

By providing comprehensive and actionable insights through real-time analytics and historical reporting, the Dashboards section enables Acquirers to monitor platform operations proactively, support merchant performance, and uphold service quality across the entire ecosystem.
