Reporting and Analytics

The Reporting and Analytics module in the Administration Portal equips Acquirers with advanced data analysis tools to monitor platform activity, evaluate merchant performance, and gain actionable insights. The module supports comprehensive reporting on transaction trends, fraud metrics, and key operational indicators (KPIs), enabling data-driven decision-making and compliance monitoring.

The system offers flexible data export options, including CSV formats, facilitating further analysis or integration with external accounting, risk management, or business intelligence systems.

Administrators and risk analysts can generate the following standard reports via the portal’s Reports menu:

  • Acquiring Report

Provides detailed insights into payment processing activities conducted by merchants through the E-Commerce Payment Gateway. This report includes transaction-level data, such as payment amounts, payment types and methods, payment dates, refund statuses, merchant details, and other relevant fields. It offers a comprehensive overview of payment flows and can be used to monitor operational performance and reconciliation processes.

  • Merchant List Report

Offers a snapshot of all merchants registered in the E-Commerce Payment Gateway at the time of report generation. It includes key fields such as merchant names, current statuses, registration and closing dates, and the date of the last status change. Filters can be applied to generate reports for specific merchant statuses, supporting operational oversight and portfolio management.

The Reporting and Analytics module is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing Acquirers to configure custom reports based on project-specific field requirements. These fields and reporting structures can be refined and agreed upon during the implementation phase to meet the Bank’s specific needs.

By providing granular visibility into acquiring operations, and merchant lifecycle data, the Reporting and Analytics module helps Acquirers manage risk, optimize business performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
