Payment Management (Orders)

The Payment Management module is the central hub for tracking and managing all transactions processed through the Merchant Portal. It provides merchants with real-time insights into payments, voids, reversals, or refunds, ensuring smooth financial operations. By leveraging this module, merchants can efficiently resolve customer payment issues, process refunds seamlessly, and monitor their financial flows to improve cash flow management. This section covers the core functionalities of Payment Management and how merchants can use them to enhance their operations.

Merchants can monitor transaction statuses in real-time, including pending, successful, failed, or disputed payments. The portal provides a detailed view of each transaction, including payment method, timestamp, amount, customer details, and fraud risk assessments. This detailed information allows merchants to take swift and informed actions when managing payments.

The system supports quick processing of refunds. Merchants can issue full or partial refunds directly through the portal. The system ensures that refund requests are securely routed to the respective payment method (e.g., cards, bank accounts, or digital wallets), with status updates visible to the merchant.

Advanced search and filtering options allow merchants to locate specific transactions or groups of payments based on criteria such as date range, payment method, or status. For enhanced visibility, the system generates detailed logs of all payment-related actions, ensuring that merchants can audit and reconcile transactions accurately.

Integration with reporting tools allows merchants to analyze payment trends, identify bottlenecks, and optimize payment acceptance rates. Notifications and alerts keep merchants informed about critical events, such as payment failures or disputes requiring attention.
