Merchant Portal Home page

Once logged in to the Tietoevry E-commerce Payment Gateway Sandbox, you will land on the Merchant Portal Home Page.

This page serves as your main dashboard, offering a clear overview of your test environment activity and performance metrics based on your demo transactions.

The header in the Tietoevry E-commerce Gateway Sandbox provides essential navigation tools and user context, with certain limitations specific to the sandbox environment.

You will always see “Sandbox Mode” active in the environment switcher. The option to switch to Live Mode is disabled. Additionally, a persistent orange banner is displayed in the header, clearly indicating that you are operating within the sandbox environment.

The bell icon for notifications is also present in the header, but it is non-functional in sandbox mode—no alerts or messages will be displayed.

The language selector is visible, but only English is available for use. Switching languages is disabled in the sandbox.

Clicking on the user profile icon reveals a dropdown menu where you can view profile details, access the action log, and log out of your session.

Home Page Dashboards

The home page gives you access to key statistics and insights, including:

• Total Processing Volume - A summary of the overall simulated transaction value during your sandbox session.

• Card Transactions - Number and volume of test card payments processed via Mastercard and Click-to-Pay (demo mode).

• Account-Based Transactions - Overview of payments initiated via the simulated bank (A2A).

• Transaction Breakdown Dashboard - Visual display of transactions by type, method, status, and amount.

• Transaction Status Dashboard - Real-time overview of payment outcomes, such as:

  • Authorized

  • Captured

  • Refunded

  • Failed

• Payment Methods Dashboard - Statistics and pie charts showing the usage of each payment method in your tests.

• Quick Action Dashboard - helps you navigate through the Merchant Portal with easy access to key features and shortcuts.

The Home Page dashboards allow you to refresh data at any time by clicking the “Refresh” button. This ensures that your displayed statistics reflect the latest test activity. However, the “Edit Dashboard” functionality is disabled in sandbox mode.
